HFA STAFF RESOURCES

GROOVE is a service which provides secure remote access to the HFA core applications and information resources.  Access is limited to authorized users only. Download the latest Citrix Plugin. 

Groupwise WebAccess Email is the web version of GroupWise email and is available to all users.  Remember to use your "short name" and GroupWise password to logon.

Quarantined Email Management is available to all email users.  Use your GroupWise email address and password to logon.

CONNECTIONS is an appliation provided by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services.  Access is limited to authorized users only. Other OCFS Applications

HFA Virtual Meetings are available for web-based meetings.  Enter here if you have been invited to attend a virtual meeting.  Once in the meeting room you will be able to view a list of scheduled meetings and locate your meeting.  If you would like to schedule a virtual meeting, contact a virtual meeting host.

The system will automatically setup the Virtual Meeting plugin the first time you join a meeting. To save time, you can install the plugin prior to the meeting by clicking this link: Virtual Meeting Plugin.  Further INSTRUCTIONS are available.

HFA Virtual Classroom is available for virtual classes.  Enter here if you have been invited to attend a virtual class.  Once in the classroom you will be able to view a list of scheduled trainings.  If you would like to schedule a training, contact the Learning Institute.
